Building consists of structural concrete and steel with brick veneer. Safeway - Seattle 51,334 s.f. replacement Safeway store including demolition and sitework. This LEED Certified building is structural masonry and steel with brick veneer and wood siding accents. Site improvements will utilize pervious concrete in lieu of asphalt at parking areas. Fidelity Building - Tukwila Renovations include partial demolition and replacement of existing building facade, new accessible entry, replacement of mezzanine and new parking area. Kent Professional Buildings - Kent Exterior renovations of Buildings A and B include new siding and masonry wainscot. P & J Machining - Puyallup New construction of a 46,643 s.f. concrete tilt-up warehouse building including a 2-story office area. Shasta Beverages Warehouse - Tukwila 42,812 s.f. expansion of an existing concrete tilt-up bottling facility and distribution warehouse.
